 POSTIONS

EVOLUTION HOME:

  1. General Operations Manager - Oversees all processes of retail sales and customer service, consignment processes, dealer relations, marketing, etc.
  2. Assistant Manager, Retail -- Use of POS system, management of associates, administrative duties as required.
  3. Sales Associate – Use of POS, customer service, sales, dealer assistance as required.
  4. Consignment Manager – Oversees and ensures all communications, intake appointments and floor merchandising.  Ensures all processes are functioning at optimal levels.  Train and manage consignment team members.
  5. Consignment Team Member -- Inventory intake, research and evaluation of pieces for pricing, photographs, catalogs and posts inventory out of system.  
  6. Communications and Marketing – Management and coordination of website, social media, Shopify, storewide events, updates, etc.
  7. Accounting and Finance – Maintain records and management of all revenue and payables scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and compliance of all associated accounting functions.  
  8. IT Management and Support – Oversees consolidation of tech operations and systems; streamlines tech tools used by both businesses to optimize profit and team member performance.  Familiarity with POS systems, Liberty consignment software, and MS Office Suite a huge plus. 

 

MARKET READY STAGING SOLUTIONS:

  1. Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment – Oversee all warehouse and facilities operations, manage, hire, train, schedule incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  2. Leasing Coordinator -- Customer service, lease estimating, documentation, collections, and coordination of customer orders, reporting, etc.
  3. Inventory Specialist – Maintain accurate records of leasing inventory, customer service, restocking, and reporting.
  4. Communications & Marketing – Business development, social media, web, events and customer service.
  5. Driver/Move Team Manager – Deliveries and pick-up for customers of both Evolution Home and Market Ready Staging Solutions.  Lead of Move team members.
  6. Move Team Member/Warehouse Assistant -- Delivery and pick-up, customer assistance, warehouse loading and unloading, stock returns, furniture assembly, etc.
