RETURN POLICY: 

All sales are final and there are no exceptions.  We encourage you to examine your items carefully before making a purchase.  The consignment team takes great care to note "as is" on items that have been repaired or those which have wear above and beyond what is conisdered normal for an antique/vintage item.  If you are interested in something you see online, please call  (703-519-1911, option 1).  Our staff is happy to answer your questions and send additional pictures if you are unable to come into the store. 

DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY: 

When you purchase items online, over the phone or in the store, you have the option to pick the item(s) up yourself within 7 days or you can schedule delivery of your item(s).

Our in-house delivery crew can deliver to Northern Virginia, D.C. or the nearby Maryland suburbs for a reasonable fee. Delivery is white-glove service.  Furniture is wrapped for delivery, unwrapped, re-assembled (if necessary) and set up in your home. We get rave reviews on the excellent service provided by our move team!

You can also make arrangements with an outside move team to pick up your item(s).  Coordination with our store is imperative.  We'll need to know:

  • who is picking up your items
  • what items are being picked up
  • when your team would like to pick up the items

Finally, we are not able to store items that you have purchased and plan to pick up for longer than a week.  Our loading dock is critical to the movement of inventory on and off the retail floor.  Items that are not picked up within the week of purchase may incur a storage fee.

We do not offer shipping.
